I'm a stay at home mum to 2 beautiful kids aged 2 and a half and 4, living in Australia. I started on a journey of self growth towards the end of 2006 and have been loving it ever since!

I feel as if any goal is attainable and even though you may hit a couple of knock backs we should always keep trying for there are no failures, just feedback :-). Everything is a learning experience. I accept being human and I accept suffering, for without it we wouldn't learn and we wouldn't grow. I'm grateful for my flaws, for without them I would have nothing to overcome. I am grateful for my mistakes for I have learnt a great deal from them and I am grateful for all the terrible things that have happened for I have grown from them and without bad things, I would not be able to define the great things as good. Many great things have happened in my life aswell, I choose to remember them and keep them close to my heart.

I enjoy analysing my thoughts and feelings as a means to recognise my ego and overcome the negativity it can create in my mind. I love to practice presence, especially with my children and I like to keep myself centred and peaceful. I also like to analyse others as a means of recognising the collective ego.

I've recently started to goal set, 2008 for me was a huge period of inner growth, I am looking forward to creating outer growth aswell in 2009 :-)
